Description of the Tour

We will start by visiting the local markets such as: Chorrillos Artisanal Fishery Market, Surquillo Market, Miraflores Santa Cruz Market, San Isidro Producers Market, Magdalena Market and the Lince Lobaton Market, so that they know the biodiversity of products that we use in our varied gastronomy. Taste the Peruvian fruits like: lùcuma, aguaymanto, cherimoya and pacae. We will learn from a chef how to prepare Peruvian classic dishes such as ceviche, the Lima cause and a drink like: chicha morada and pisco sour.
